TECHNOLOGY ALIGNMENT PLATFORM (TAP)

University at Albany, NY CREATES, and our industry partners’ technology capabilities combine to form world-class nanoelectronics infrastructure and an eco-system of scientific research faculty & students, process development & facility operation teams, and industry cooperation & consortia deployment partners, that participate in a variety of projects, programs, and centers that span the entire research, development, and deployment (RD&D) continuum.

The Technology Alignment Platform (TAP) seeks to drive a systematic progression in technology commercialization stages by providing a “resource navigation tool” for exploring and accessing University at Albany’s industry-directed open-innovation technology ecosystem capabilities spanning:

• Early stage academic research laboratories; 
• Shared-access industry-compliant development facilities; and,
• Strategic collaborations with market deployment partners.
